Our VEGAN version of this popular Hungarian dish. We use coconut oil, roasted red peppers, and lots of paprika for a flavour explosion. A little goes a long way. This pan is heavy with protein.
There are no fillers in the paprikash, and it can feed a family of 4. Simply reheat and toss with egg noodles or rice for a delicious and filling lunch or dinner.
